 Founded by Architect Robert A. Morris in 1972, the Ramar Group Companies, Inc. adheres to the commitment to environmental preservation and community vitality that have been in place since its inception. Since the beginning, Mr. Morris’ personal commitment has always been to provide excellence and enduring quality while, at the same time, preserving and enhancing the land’s natural beauty. Robert A. Morris, III, recently joined his father to manage some of most appealing places to live on Florida’s West Coast and to continue the proud tradition of Ramar Group Companies.
Today, more than 5,000 families on Florida’s West Coast enjoy homes in communities created by this exceptional company, which is renowned for its integrity and talent. The Ramar Group’s seasoned team of professionals has completed numerous first-class communities, including Pelican Cove, located on a secluded 75-acre estate along Sarasota Bay; The Plantation Golf & Country Club and Bird Bay Village in Venice; Castel del Mare, situated near the southern Siesta Key Bridge; Siesta Dunes on Siesta Key, and The Landings, located in central Sarasota.
